We use a special finish on some of our Sterling pieces, which creates a old patina through oxidisation. We recommend using a clean cloth to restore lustre on the pieces. Do not use any chemical or polishing solutions on the jewellery. Store your jewellery in a dry place away from water and moisture. Occasionally, the oxide will begin to wear off.
